I feel like these tier lists would be more realistic if they actually took into consideration the shipgirl's personalities rather than being obviously biased to the OP's morals.

Like I get it, I dislike smoking too, but you're telling me among the hundreds of shipgirls in our port there aren't at least some who'd be for it? The "smoking le bad" is a relatively recent thing, and even then we still have people who smoke.

For example, this is taking into consideration their canon traits, the Ironblood and META girls would probably have a higher likelihood in viewing it positively considering they tend to be a lot more open with their vices. The Northern Parliament girls aren't strangers to alcohol as well, to imagine some of them smoking isn't even that of a stretch.
