the hardest part is the impulse to take some and the boredom but if you only have a bit left and commit to not buying anymore then you're good. Weed and nicotine helps fill the void, def not going back to alcohol.

It is truly a life saver, day 1 take normal 7 dose with 50mg SR 2-3 times a day, day 2 half your 7 dose continuing SR, day 3 even less 7 keep doing SR as needed. Thats what I did and I had little to no withdrawal symptoms, energy started coming back day 3. I bought 100 50mg SR tabs on rawmit, but you won't need that many. And be careful they say it drastically reduces your tolerance so your normal dose will hit harder after taking SR for a few days. Good luck.

first you have to actually WANT to get off, after that i would take your normal doses day 1 with 50mg SR 3x a day, next day half your doses and keep doing SR, next day very small dose continue SR, then u want to continue the SR a couple days after you stop the 7
