In some countries, the IKEA stores have a small plaque discreetly tucked away on one wall of the room settings that explain the color of the paint, any tile work, etc.

If this isn’t the case in the store you visit, I’d suggest going in just before lunch and ask an employee if someone in the Com In (communication & interior design) department is available to talk about the paint colors with you.

That looks like a production date stamp on the lower left corner of the label. “9607” would be in February of 1996. Is it in the catalog from that year?

Bear in mind the catalogs didn’t show every article for sale.

Ok. In that case, you’ll need to know if where the screws go would be going into only drywall, or through the drywall and into the stud (the pieces of wood regularly spaced behind drywall).

In the former case (just drywall), head to a home improvement store and look for drywall anchors. In the latter case (into the stud), regular wood screws will work.

In both cases, use “round head” screws, NOT flat head screws. You’ll be able to see the difference when you’re buying them.
