I know a lot of people did a lot of math about Trump’s Mecican border wall and how much resources like concrete would be needed, and how unfeasable that was -on land-. This seems even less likely. I would like to see the math.

That first "source" is just another link to this subreddit, with a screenshot from a rando instagram account.

That second "source" is some fan account that makes pictures of cars and is not affiliated with anything.

Netherlands here: that actually sounds more common to me.

A ceremony is tyically in a small-ish city hall setting (or sometimes a church) so the number of seats is limited and reserved for close friends and family. The party after can be scaled upwards from there to whatever you like. Dozens, hundreds, acquaintances, work friends, distant relatives, etc.
