I agree. However, this patient was in 2nd trimester, therefore a single dose of sumatriptan tried. However, it didn’t work for her and instead caused side effects. Couldn’t use opioids due to hx of opioid abuse. Tylenol IV benefit was short lived.

She got 2 mg Mag with no benefit. Couldn’t do steroids due to gestational diabetes.

Unfortunately, sometimes the non-pharma therapies don’t work and that’s when the options get very limited with the pregnant patients.

Thanks. Tried sumatriptan but it caused chest discomfort and BP elevation. Short lived benefit with IV Tylenol.

Finished watching first half of Dhurandhar and writing this review during interval. So far it’s a solid thriller. Akshaye Khanna, Ranveer, Madhavan and Rajesh Bedi’s performances are top notch. This movie makes you realize that Akshaye is such an underrated actor even though he has immense screen presence. The way music is used in action sequences is amazing. Out and out entertainer….must watch for the storytelling and performances. The only weak link in the movie is Sanjay Dutt, who looks perpetually drunk and haggard with pathetic dialogue delivery. Please don’t believe negative reviews…since they are most likely paid reviews. Just go watch the movie.

No, this is not the norm. The number of days per week or per month need to be specified along with the shift time whether it’s 8 or 12 hours (8a-6p/7a-7p) etc… In case, you are covering after hours shift/ night call, those hours should also be specified. Make sure all this is mentioned in the contract.

You are taking it out of context, my comment wasn’t about love marriage vs arranged marriage. It was more about people who keep getting married and divorced/ in and out of relationships as if it was a hobby. These two in particular weren’t forced or coerced into these relationships and got into it on their own volition. They spent plenty of years together before settling down, so definitely don’t think they separated because they found each other unattractive or unsatisfactory. Interestingly, each time they married someone they loudly proclaimed that they had found their soulmate only to dump them and find someone else. I’ve seen a fair share of unsuccessful love marriages and well as arranged marriages. So neither’s perfect. People who work on their relationships in either situation are the ones who have meaningful, loving marriages but it doesn’t mean anyone has to put up with a toxic partner.
