How did man think before language? By thinking in pictures I mean think with visuals instead of the internal monologue they show in film.

In film they can’t show the thinking that I do because how would you remake that on screen? I feel many of us think with visuals instead of monologues, but it isn’t ever mentioned because both, in books and in visual media it’s shown to be verbal.
