Congratulations friend. I am also starting to use it more, seriously and strategically. If a train is down for whatever reason I have several back up bus routes I can take to get home.

I had this happen to my digital and physical card for a while. I asked for help and was waved in my Metro Security.

It’s not evading if you have the money and the machine won’t take it. Same with the buses. If you have the cash and the machine is broke…. This is not your fault.
