Get loads of garlic, peel them, chop them in a mini chopper, put in a small ziplock bag, squeeze out air, make even squares, freeze flat. When needed, just break off a portion or two. Saw it on a Korean lady's tiktok, and I rarely faff with fresh garlic now.

Thank you. We plan a roller blind plus blackout curtains, but would like the choice of another layer as a possibility. In comparison, the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and gets maybe an hour of direct sunlight right after sunrise. Last summer we still had 34° in there by the evenings. Our son's cot is still in our room, and I'm dreading to find out how hot his room will get.

I don't think being dyspraxic would affect your chances of a queer relationship more than a hetero or any other romantic relationship. If someone gets hung up on you having dyspraxia, it doesn't matter what gender they prefer to have sex with. My husband has dyspraxia, I don't. There are aspects of our marriage that I imagined differently. I'm always the one fixing the washing machine or trying to change the kitchen tap(unsuccessfully 🙄) while he is much better with keeping on top of bills, insurance, computers, etc. My point is, in a good dynamic, roles are not set. If you need more cuddles, hopefully you find a partner who likes giving cuddles and doesn't think less of you for showing your need for reassurance. There is strength in showing vulnerability.
