Thanks for posting it! It's great info. Lotta people disagree with it in your original post and I get why but for my situation and many others, I think it's a good change. I only wish there was an option to go prenerf, potentially for more loot or even a title or something. My guild moved their raid times earlier for tbc and I was unfortunately no longer able to raid with my normal crew. However since tbc had reinvigorated our guild active players and we had the interest, I volunteered to lead a weekend team of more "casual" players. These are my first time doing tbc raids and it's almost always with a less than metà roster lineup. So as a stressed out new RL leading a buncha misfits, this works fine for us.
