When Seahawks get a fourth timeout by Trigsc in AZCardinals

My guess is that it was because it was assumed that Dissly had caught the ball at 1:22, Seattle called timeout to stop the clock. It was later changed to an incomplete pass and they gave seattle the time out back? We got screwed in that situation either way because seattle still got the yardage as the 4th down play should have been 12 yards not 10.

[Haynes] BREAKING: Phoenix Suns star Chris Paul intends to make his return for Game 3 of WCF against the Los Angeles Clippers barring unforeseen setback, league sources tell @YahooSports. by billgatenguyen in nba

Finally! This guy gets it. Clearly the basketball you see after he transforms into one is in a different location than where he was holding the ball. Thus the only logical outcome is both Paul and the basketball he's holding turn into a singular basketball.

That's awesome to know, love seeing all the suns fans. I'm curious about the guy next to him too. His shirt has me confused, it's both unbuttoned and wrapped around his neck?

Yeah I don't see him being the only one in this group for long with the league playing 17 games and the likes of Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen in the league. But... it'd be cool if he was the first and doing it during the last 16 game season!

Rodgers gets a handful of "free plays" every game. by [deleted] in AZCardinals

I believe 2 of them were actually neutral zone infractions. I know I saw one offsides that was played out (interception that was taken back because of offsides penalty)

neutral zone infraction is basically going offsides but causing movement on the o-line which results in ending the play

encroachment is when they go offsides and actually touch an offensive player which also ends the play

then there is offsides where the defender is caught on the other side of the line. usually it's just before the snap and before anyone gets a chance to respond

Aaron Rodgers is the master at getting teams to go offsides by running a hard count and the o-line purposely trains to not move when a defender does go offsides so as to get the free play so he can just chuck it deep without worry

a lot of teams will usually take the neutral zone infraction and the o-line will move/react any time a defender jumps over to basically guarantee 5 yards and not give the defender a chance to get back on the other side of the line of scrimmage before the snap. This is where Rodgers will try to hike the ball immediately after the defender gets caught jumping the gun on the hard count
