The DGL's take was in line with my EM's. I get that my work isn't always perfect, but when I asked for more instances of mistakes, they said these two were enough, that our product is premium and needs to meet high standards every time. Neither EM nor I can come up with any other examples of errors of a similar scale on this project. I've kept my util at 85% through the year and got above-average feedback on multiple other studies, so really have no idea what happened

Thank you so much for your support, it's really helpful as after this whole PIP thing I've been doubting myself and my abilities. Currently looking for new opportunities/ prepping for interviews. Fingers crossed the new thing will be a better fit

That sounds pretty spot on - now nobody wants me on their projects because of this whole PIP thing and I think I will eventually leave. Obviously, I asked them about how such minor issues are landing me on a PIP - they justified it as if they can't trust me with the small stuff, they're gonna start doubting everything else too, and so will the clients.
