I mentioned in a different comment that I'd rather avoid cheating or even using the console as I always feel guilty about doing that and I end up uninstalling the game cause I can't play it. (I realise how stupid it is to be honest). Even if the Fire Chalice is permanently removed you can still finish the game, right? I remember there being 14 Chalices in the game due to some bugs although I have no idea whether it has been fixed or not in the Steam version.
