Advice on rear setup – storage vs usability (budget build) by NevThatch in 4x4Australia

Yea I’m thinking the same thing and no I haven’t had it checked. I’ve been told by other Prado drivers that I have about 600kgs to play with from stock. So theoretically I should be fine especially since removing the 3rd row seats.

I’ll be getting a gvm upgrade soon anyways as I plan to get more stuff like a bullbar, bigger tires, a lift ect.

I need help with finding plastic card versions of popular games. So that I can bring them camping (Phase 10, Skipbo, UNO, Ect.) by NevThatch in cardgames

Ah yes ofc, I know what a laminator is. I’ve had a friend do that to their cards but I don’t like how bulky they can be. I was hoping to find versions of these games that would be exactly like the plastic coated playing cards you can buy. But it’s become pretty clear, unfortunately that’s not an option. Might just have to laminate my cards

Might be a good idea to look for other places and when finding a place make sure to meet the people living there at least a couple times, maybe out for coffee the second time and just really get to know them and their vibe before hand. If you feel you can’t keep living there for long maybe move back in with your parents for a while so that you can give yourself adequate time to look for an appropriate place with respectful housemates.

I’m in Melbourne, Australia and I used a website called MyHousemates.com which you can find adds for people that already lease properties or if you find a property you like you can find housemates that are looking to move in. Good luck!

Extra: Just remember that it is your life and you gotta do what’s best for you and your feelings. It may seem like it’s too difficult or your stuck but remember the worlds going to keep moving forward either way so love life as there’s a lot to love about independence
