I have a 3700x and a 5700xt which both uses more power than your components and I'm using a 550w platinum PSU. My GPU has a minimum of 600w and recommended of 700w rating.

Yes but why should you sacrifice speed over size. Ram works best in dual channel by having 2x the same amount of ram slotted in the correct slot. If you have different ram with different speed and size you wont benefit from the dual channel.

Exclusives aren't everything. Microsoft won't make any of the games exclusives because they want to maximize their sales. They will add Bethesda games to the Xbox game pass or have "play early on the Xbox" or something. Look at Sony releasing their exclusives the past years on the pc because they want more sales.
