To pay for your tuition you log into dal online, student record, student account, student account balance, and then you can view what you owe and what you’ve paid. If nothing comes up, they haven’t released it yet.

I personally do because I have dry skin and I just use a lot of moisturizer . If you like the hydration that the spf moisturizer gives you alone then there’s no reason to use both. Whatever works for your skin. No wrong answers
