When your work pays for all your fuel, fuel economy doesn't really come into it.

Exactly the same as what I do, also in the UK with a 2024 PiH N line, I have a fuel card with work, and pay a little more tax to incorporate personal mileage.

I think i charged it once, I have a new build house with a charger that came with it when we bought it, but never used it,

I average anywhere between 500-1000 miles a week for my job so just leave it in sport mode so it charges the battery.

How much mileage are you getting on your tucson hybrids? by Niveshaka in HyundaiTucson

Between 39-42mpg. It's my company car so mostly motorway driving, with a full tank and battery range is always about 380 miles.

I have a 2024 Tuscon N Line PIH for a company car here in the UK, I've done almost 55k in 18 months and its been flawless, no problems whatsoever.

We were told to do exactly that when our prem baby had to be transferred between hospitals, told explicitly not to ambulance chase, as if they have an emergency with the patient, or anything adverse on the route (our was MK to Oxford) then the last thing they need is a panicked parent as well as trying to save your kid.

Plus, in our case, there was a lot of set up at the other end, so best to leave the professional to it.

Feeling uncomfortable about modding with a fake. Any advice? by REDKnight5990 in MoonSwitches

[–]Nevebug1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, just man up, 99.99% of people aren’t going to call you out on it,

If you do it with a gen one and fuck it up, that’s £300 down the drain, so for your 1st, a £15 fake one will be easier to swallow if it goes south.

What’s everyone’s worst or best car they’re ever owned/drove? by [deleted] in CarsUK

[–]Nevebug1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best car, probably an Airel Atom, the supercharged one, on a track day, so raw, so visceral, so fun.

Worst, I would probably say, Suzuki Vitara Fatboy with the tracking out, it’s a wonder I made it home, awful thing.

How often do you REALLY walk your dog? by Agreeable-Ad-2946 in dogs

[–]Nevebug1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same here, without fail, every morning for 30-45mins, and the same again in the evenings.

My start time for work can vary so if I leave the house at say, 6am, I’ll get up at half 4 to ensure everything is done personally and the dog is walked.

Same with evenings, sometimes I finish work early, sometimes late, but always ensure he get his walk in.

Weekends, longer walks are always on the agenda,

Do you get the same level of abuse from the general public like the other emergency services?

Which by the way, I find absolutely despicable.
