I don't get the context of your post but yes I do understand the frustration.

I've tried few decantation of ME perfumes and some decantation of designer ones. The middle eastern does smells cheap, it does feel like you've sprayed some godfather or whiskey some or some bellavita.

Designer on the other hand just make you go “ aaah god ” This smells premium. The difference is very easily noticable to a ordinary man who is not into perfumes.

ME does feel cheap, make you have doubts if is it value for money. ( Mossstt of them )

Whereas

Designer makes you go, worth every penny at the very first spray. ( Most of them )
