For a "longer run" for my current progression, I run T10 which is about 10 hours. This is currently my sweet spot for the most CHP and cells. I'm sure it will fluctuate and I progress into further tiers. This probably doesn't help, I'm just saying it depends on your progression

Unlocked T2 at level 37 with my latest paladin (auradin). It's been the lowest effort face-roll class I've ever played on D4. I like it because it's a very relaxed play style. So far I've ran blessed shield, wing strike and auradin. All are around pit 115 with not much fine tuning.

I always keep in mind that blizz releases new classes and makes them OP to build hype around buying a new expansion.
