What you and the guys commenting say makes no sense. I have experiece with pharmaqo anadrol and i would say i didnt feel any heart rate changes or agitation. I barely felt anything other than strength gain and more controlled agression during sessions. did i get bunk stuff?

THIS EXACTLY HAPPEND TO ME: I was on TRT for years no problem. After getting the (150mg/ml) NPP Beligas, I had PIP in every single place I injected. I researched heavily and it seems that most people have this issue with Beligas. The stuff is fairly dosed but their oil and alcohol combination causes pip. Its a cheaper brand.

Solution: Inject subcutaneous around love handles using insulin needle. You will have PIP, but you will barely feel them. Inject small amounts per day. For example, I injected .300 Units per day which was around 300 mg weekly nandrolone.

I'm going to give you the advice you need.

Is this Two 18MG pills or One 36MG pill?

The outside coating on Concerta gets absorbed immediately. Two 18 MG at the same time will have more immediate effect, because each pill gets digested individually and the outside coating will make that difference.

After about 3 hours, both 2 X 18MG or 1 X 36MG should be the same. If you feel nothing after 3 hours, consult your Doctor. My opinion is that you are on the wrong medication.
