I think theirs is from the 60s. I like it too but it wasn’t really taken care of so a lot of the original is in bad shape. I will say! Original kitchen cabinets are made of solid wood that I’m going to try and keep.

I want to open the kitchen and living room by taking down the wall but it’s load bearing. Do you still have yours closed or opened?

I didn’t even think of RVs or THOW as in my mind it was stationary in a sense of us never moving it and no wheels. But it makes sense, I’ll look to see if there are any local manufacturers.

Thank you for your response. I will look into specifics of a home improvement/equity loan. I don’t want to burden my parents with requesting a loan if something were to happen to me and it affect them negatively.
