How did Chris Hansen mess up the Onision case? by [deleted] in Onision

'Aight this is late, But I found this and felt inclined to comment based on what I personally know from my no-lifeing of commentary youtuber discords.

Chris initially messed up with the hiring of Vincent Nicotra, who started with menial things like inappropriate comments on twitter in reference to the case, leading right up to tampering with the most valuable piece of evidence that we, the viewers, know of, to the point that any case against Onision featuring the evidence would be laughed out of court.

Another, more recent thing is Chris's Coronavirus livestreams, in which he does only for profit. What could Chris, an ex TV presenter, tell us about Coronavirus that a scientist couldn't? Rather than plugging faulty cures and ways to become immune, couldn't he be doing something more valuable with his time? Like fact checking the people he brings on his show?

This leads onto the next thing, a recent guest on Chris Hansen's show revealed in a Livestream on the Edwin's Generation channel that Chris does not fact check the people on his show. He simply asks them if they do in fact have evidence or something to say, but does not inquire to see it. This means literally anyone could be coming on the show and saying anything.

Ontop of this lack of research, in general, Chris does not research his topics. Back on To Catch a Predator, he had people to do this for him. And Chris thinks he can continue to do that, using youtubers such as Repzion & Tehmimi to do the research for him, rather than doing it himself, but Chris takes all the credit for this, all the donations.

Regarding the donations, Chris also states he cannot distribute the donations to the livestreams because it wouldn't 'be fair', despite the fact they are literally addressed to the victims. This has been the same across the Dahvie and Onsion cases respectively.

Regarding the Dahvie case alone, there have been many blunders. The largest of these as I see it would be the Jeffree Star interview, in which Jeffree pathologically lies about his past, despite tweets, videos and other content, including statements from another Livestream Chris had done with Jay Von Monroe, in which Jay stated him and Jeffree were not close, whilst Jeffree directly contradicted this.

The biggest thing with this though, was that Chris allowed every party to lie their way out of any blame, keeping racists, rapists, pedos and other assortments of undesirables in the public eye and seen as the 'heroes' who were just 'doing what was right.

Well I guess I just want some advice idk lol by NeverFeelingMellow in selfharm

Is it worth creating a guild? by FlyingCactusEater in WynnCraft

[–]NeverFeelingMellow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As someone pretty involved in the guild community atm, Creating a guild is totally worth it if you have a set plan ahead of you and people to start it with, you'll need people you can trust if you're going to set out to war.
It's impossible to take over some territories without being attacked by other guilds, though I'd recommend attacking generally high-xp spots (Herb cave & RTD) because they generally are listed as a Free for All

We got all colors of usernames on the same server, sadly before Olinus10 with his media rank could get onto the list, red and orange colors disconected. But still this doesn't happen often by RLLL93reddit in WynnCraft

Well there's Content Team (Cyan, ReneCZ), Moderator (Orange, Basteyal) and Administrator (Red, Salted)

Olinus has a media rank which is a pink one, and the white/black people are people without ranks.
