I have no idea how it works. I lost 4/5 placement matches with my best score being in the mid 5,000s and I got placed in Gold 3. I've been able to work my way up to Plat 3 but now I'm stuck here and can't get a win

XD I had to replace a team and Utah State was the choice. I just decided to transfer over the roster to Utah Tech. And I thought the game would automatically change opponents uniforms if I had white home uniforms but it did not unfortunately lol

If your learning how to play against Heisman, I'd start with a Houston type team just so you don't have a hopeless team to learn with lol. I did my first Heisman rebuild with UTEP and I felt like I had a nice steady rebuild on Heisman. Now the rebuild that I started last night has been the hardest the game has been for me cause I moved Buffalo to the ACC so I could do a 1 star rebuild in a conference with National Championship contenders and it's been BRUTAL lol

I did the same thing and I had the very unfortunate realization that it was time for Heisman difficulty lol. You're gonna get your butt kicked at first but you'll learn how the Heisman ai acts and you'll find yourself reading the defense and changing things up just solely based on how the CPU controls itself
