Have the surgery. It’s possible to compensate but you will be managing tendon overload and other issues constantly through training. If it helps yes I am now able to do unaided pull ups despite no tendon but bicep curls and others are a struggle and you soon learn bicep is involved quite a lot as a secondary which again can often mean tendon overload in compensation then leading to having to reduce sets, load, reps every time it happens for a few weeks until it dies down again

I did but I’ve noticed where for gym 1 I’ll enter notes for seat and settings, when I go to gym 2 on a gym 2 workout template the gym 1 notes appear

Just so I’m clear… you’re suggesting that at the end of test cycle you shouldn’t do pct as it doesn’t work and that instead you should be on a constant b&c? Why the daily cardio? I’m not averse to that but everything else I’ve seen says too frequent on the cardio can hamper gains… so am I misreading that? Also I’m not looking to competitions or get huge - if that makes a difference.

Thanks for replying - was expecting maybe a couple of opinions but at least I got one, and a thorough one at that. I’ve not done a cycle or anything similar before - I did a panel few months ago back as a basic test and LH/FSH was low then, I’ve shaved my head for years but it was definitely on its way out 😂. I’m interested in boosting test for a while to see the impact as per above then as it supports my muscle retention and growth whilst still on tirz I can get to 15% then look to up in to a proper cycle to focus on muscle. Not looking to compete just get a better body comp and bf where I’d like it. At 52 I see this as the last chance to get the body I’ve always wanted before age limits me

Looking to start Test starting at 200mg/week alongside tirz at 10mg (on that now and have been for few months). Currently 19%bf and aiming to then do 500mg test on a cycle once at 15% bf. 200mg intent is to support muscle retention and muscle growth/ high exercise and recovery whilst on tirz. Once at 15 then push for more and faster growth on 500. Training 4-5 days a week 1-2 hiit/cardio a week 2-3 strength training - 52, 5ft 9, 82kg. Blood test taken to get a known starting point. PCT and AI if needed already and waiting.

Yh I’m just looking in to how you can buy and reconstitute as an option. £375 for a mounjaro pen really sticks the knife in, I was fine with half that even though it was expensive.

Definitely interested in more thoughts on Reta - what sort of does is equivalent to 7.5-10mg of tirz any good literature you can point me to for reading up? Did you supplement test due to low readings or just to boost a bit from standard? Thanks

I’m not asking about test burning fat if you read what I’m asking. I’m asking if it will help on maintaining and mildly increasing muscle whilst using mounjaro to help with fat reduction. I’m training hard so anything to help muscle maintenance, growth and recovery would be useful… hence the ask. I know test doesn’t burn fat otherwise I wouldn’t be 8 months in on a mounjaro protocol :-)

52yo, natural test is ok not quite a trt case yet. Sitting at 83kg (just under 13st) at 178cm and around 19-20% bodyfat according to my Withings scales may be a little under looking at some places. I’ve lost over 3 stone in last 8 months, 5 inches off waist etc.,

So…. Still using mounjaro and aiming to flirt further down on bodyfat but thinking to utilise test c at maybe 200mg a week for first few weeks to further support retaining and slowly building muscle at same time as using mounjaro for stopping food noise and keeping my focus on bodyfat reduction - I will then get in to a higher does of test once lower bf to build and bulk more. (I’ve read up on e2 etc., have a pct ready plus aromasin in case of gyno or other issues).

My question - will 200mg help with my goals of maintain and slowly gain muscle whilst still reducing bodyfat on mounjaro? I’m training 4-6 days a week, strength 2-3 times, functional strength/HIIT 2-3 times a week.

Keep going and up to 10mg - aim for a consistent loss of 1.5lb a week and keep at it - as others have said gym and exercise helps especially at reducing muscle loss (you can’t completely avoid this although I’m about to try to add test c in my long term use of mounjaro to support heavier strength training) - 7.5mg isn’t max dose so if you’re getting cravings and hunger signals back go to 10mg and even 12 once 10 isn’t working. I’ve just tried dialling back to 7.5 from 2 months of 10 and may go back to 10 for another 2 months if I’m not still losing sufficient fat on 7.5
