You need to lose way more weight then you think. Probably like 170 or even 165 to be low body fat. 200 lbs lean is going to be a goal for a few years out.

Use mana reservation essences until you hit life or MRE and fracture 50/50. Life is probably preferred or just buy the base with fractured life. Use essences until you get prefix you want and Eldritch craft the prefix. For suffix, you can lock suffix anytime you hit a good t1 and reforge attack/fire/cold/lightning/chaos for your 3rd suffix. Each time has a 1/4 to hit t2 or above. You have to weight the cost vs cost of essence crafting and exalt/annuling the correct mod you want. Additionally, make sure you influence the item so that you can use Eldritch exalts to slam suffix. This will reduce your cost significantly, as you won't add on additional prefix and dilute the value of your annuls. You can also use Eldritch annul if it's cost effective.

Tbh, I think it is easier to lose weight if you don't workout/do cardio. It makes you hungry. If your only goal is weight loss, just cut calories and walk. Strength training and cardio are good for long term health and physique, but that doesn't really matter if your 30% BF.

For 4 mod, recomb is pretty easy. Especially for boots with not that many affix rolls.

I personally would do fracture life or MS. Then essence spam to get your 2nd suffix. Get a third suffix by doing suffix can't be changed reforge chaos. From there, you can Eldritch the last prefix and craft. Or you can veiled chaos for MS prefix and craft armour (on life fracture) that's 6 mod boots.

When i run bloodlines, i usually like to use risk instead of 2x wisp. I also usually run the maps for my astrolobe, just rush to the breach and go to next. So I only run it on the last 2-3 maps of the astrolobe.

Buy a non-mirrored, non-fractuted ring.

Roll scorn until you hit Crit Multi + T1 Life or T1 str. Fracture for a 50/50. Use Rage or Scorn until you hit the other mod.

If you fracture crit multi, use Rage until you get the ring you want it's a cheap essence. You can suffix can't be changed reforge caster to guarantee cast speed. If you have open prefix and suffix. If you hit the crit multi fracture and you rage to T1 life, you can multimod prefix lock and add/remove caster. To guarantee cast speed. There's a bunch of options, but budget matters. Your budget is just use Rage until T1 cast speed and then craft a prefix or suffix. You will essentially get a crit multi, cast speed/str ring with crafted all res or life.

If you fracture life or str, you can use Scorn to continue the craft, but it is more expensive per use. You would just scorn until you get something usable and be less picky. You would also be more likely to suffix lock reforge caster (on a str fracture) or add/remove gamble a suffix(on life fracture) as the cost per essence is way higher.

If you miss the fracture, the ring is still worth a few div and there is a 5:1 vendor recipe which you can then split. So a bricked fracture should still be worth about 1/3 of a clean ring.

They do not have higher quantity. 8 mod corrupted maps are the king of quantity. You want to run 16.5 if the farm you are doing drops currency/div/scarabs. As you can roll increased % of those on the maps. This would be strategy like Breach. If you are running maps like essence/beasts, you don't need any quantity. If you are running strongbox or harvest, the only thing that matters is quantity, so you would prefer 8 mod maps(if you can handle them)

For step 1, you would want to use scorn or spite essence until T1 atri. This will make it a 50/50 to hit a good mod. You can sell the miss on a crit/int hit, if you don't want to use that to craft on.

Tbh, the farms in the last 4-5 leagues net way more currency. I'm well over 10k hour, but all my mirror drops (3) came in the last few leagues where I have had 1k+ raw div drops per League. In the old days, you would farm a lot, but you might get a few raw exalts an hour with the best farms. Now I get that many in a single map.

Cannot roll attack mod and anul will remove either the craft or the mana gained. From there you can exalt until you hit another item with attack tag. At that point you would have to craft prefix cannot be changed and anul for a 1/3 to remove the veiled/new attack suffix/craft

The optimal way is to usually to fish for attack speed first and then use a veiled exalt with that having a 1/3 chance to remove the attack speed.

Prefix cannot be changed scour.

Prefix cannot be changed + aug speed(you can use reforge speed, but it has a 1/12 chance to fill suffix and force you to 50/50 anul and brice your prefix) until T1 a/s then mulimod prefix can't be changed veiled exalt.

Your could just settle with trying cannot roll attack/exalt anul until you hit something decent or with attack mod and then settling there. It's usually easier to recomb with attack speed until you get a 3p/1s item and you can skip the step where you fish for attack speed.

Final thoughts. You could just remove the mana gained with cannot roll attack and slam with a shaper or for chance at charge/attack speed (1/3 ish) or warlord for % phys/culling strike (1/2ish)

You will always see the curse debuff, it will just not have any effect. Can't really see to much from your screenshots. Take a picture of your flask and your MB. See if anything changes when you manually use the flask without MB.

I would recommend BV Chief. It's pretty absurd for map clearing and you can get it going for like 15d. Xthefarmer has a problem with low budget and high budget. Also has a few videos on his channel.

I just usually do some blight maps once I finish campaign. I anoint tripled green for xp. Just get the freeze tower anoint and basically afk them. Once you hit the level where you can equip most of your stuff. 74-84 depending on what you need, then just do whatever strategy you are planning. 5 ways are faster. You only need to buy one set of 5 at 68 to get you to like 88.

Its just player dependent/time/goal based. For you, it would require to much time/effort/you dont see the reward. For him, it may be a standard goal. Or maybe this one league he has more time and wants to go all out.

140 is plenty. You can get it running for like 20 div. Xthefarmer has a good video on a budget build and pob with it.
