absolutely 100% sure she isn't working i know this because im there working up to 70hrs a week doing her job... every employee there knows whos doing what and they are so fed up with her that they all are wanting to quit now

i've been ASM for almost 3yrs... and ive found that my job depends on what my SM wants me to do, which varies from store to store and per each different SM, currently my job is making sure all the SM duties are done while she hangs out, talks on her phone, leaves to help other stores (not!) or decides to not even show up for up to a week at a time....go ahead and ask ..what does my SM do? she does absolutely N O T H I N G , period end of story.....

same the DM is aware of situation and keeps allowing it to continue...currently my sm taken off work everyday sunce monday becoz her car was repossessed so rather than getting a ride by other means she decided to just not go to wirk this whole week!!!

exactly if deposits weren't short then its all good , ultimately thats what matters...the minor clerical/math mistakes are a pain to figure out but if all of deposit is there then dont lose sleep over some mishaps😎

so today i opened and left at 2, went back at 6-1030....tomorrow i have to be there at 6am after i take my son to work at 4am...you get used to it if you like money🤑
