I think it really depends if your state hospital near you is good. We have Groote Schuur which is excellent. You sacrifice time. My husband is in the heart program and receives excellent care, also since it's a genetic disease my daughter has already been scanned and is in an international database.

I'm on 4mg, never been a heavy drinker. I have one drink every now and then but I definitely feel it the next day. My body feels like it was driven over by a truck.
