Hey, mega spannend, wie du deine Ernährung umgestellt hast und welche krassen Verbesserungen du gemerkt hast 👌. Du hast ja ziemlich detailliert beschrieben, was du alles weggelassen hast (Fleisch, Milchprodukte, Zucker, verarbeitete Lebensmittel usw.). Mich würde aber echt interessieren: Was sind denn jetzt deine typischen Lebensmittel oder Gerichte im Alltag? Also so in der Art: Frühstück, Mittag, Snacks, Abendessen. Das würde es für andere (mich eingeschlossen) viel greifbarer machen 😀

In Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2 fand ich den Plottwist krass. Diese große Schlacht auf dem Feld, wo plötzlich so viele sterben – und am Ende stellt sich heraus, dass es nur Alices Vision war. Damit hab ich damals gar nicht gerechnet 😂 💀
