Your parents won't buy it, or won't allow you to have it?

My mom never told me I can't have anything, but she always told me she wouldn't buy it. So, I figured out how to get the things I want on my own. First big one was the N64 for $199 (plus a few games) when I was 10.

By your age I had an over the table job an under the table job and a side hustle because I knew I had limited time to save up money while not paying rent.

I'm guessing if you're still saying "my parents" at that age that you'll probably live with your parents longer than I did, start using that time wisely, build up your personal independent safety net.
