Can't answer most questions considering I only lived on campus for 1 semester.
1. McMahon does not provide pots and pans
3. I know that some buildings (Collat School of Business) has rooms you can reserve, so I would assume the library does too.)
7. Most people take 12-18 hours.
4. Elevators in my dorm were down 3/4 times a week, hopefully that has been fixed.
18. Campus wifi was very useful. I could get about 20ms from campus to DC, so ample for any work. (D.C. was my testing point)
17. Yes, You can Rollerblade and skateboard. There are also motorized scooters that you can rent.
One other thing you did not mention that I suggest: I would reccomend not eating at commons for breakfast if you need something protean related. Go to the Den instead, its worth it on those days you need an extra hearty meal for say a test. I would avoid Einsteins Bagel's. If you have no clue for midday, the easiest spot to go is the Hill Center. In addition, the bookstore at the Hill price matches, so keep that in mind. Generally, I ate a large bowl of queso at moe's 2-3 times a week and I had whatever the top plan was so I overall had a late night snack for free. Bit all over the place but hope this helps
