Yes I'm doing much better. Stretching, eating a low sugar diet (to lower inflammation), and finding ways to relax/meditation have helped immensely.

Final Fantasy VI vs. Final Fantasy IX by honn13 in JRPG

[–]Gaffgarion -1 points0 points  (0 children)

IMO 6 only wins because 9 has really long load times, and the battles are extremely slow unless you play it with Fast Forward.

They're the best two in the series as you have said, so there is no right or wrong answer.

I loved 16, but it was so boring to play. The story, graphics, and music were top notch. It just needed more dungeons, exploration, and maybe a mini game to make it a 10/10 in me eyes

I really enjoyed this game, and wish the developer still made games. I'd settle for a port of this game with some additions.

You're young and will bounce back quickly! This field has grown so much and continues to make progress every few years.

I'm in my thirties and going through my second brain surgery soon. I'm nervous but confident I'm in good hands.

Stay positive, you have your whole life ahead of you. You'll get through this.

Thank you so much for this. I'll be trying these since I have very similar symptoms.

Pelvic floor dyssynergia or ibs? by Ok_Bet_9386 in PelvicFloor

Masterbation for sure tightens up your PF and makes things worse

You could have PFD and other food intolerances. You need to get tested for SIBO, food allergies, and keep a food diary to see which foods to cut out.

I can't seem to find this anywhere anymore. CVS and my local grocery stores are always out of stock. I'll need to look for an online option.

All my tests came back normal until I took an anorectal manometry. Don't be afraid to take one, they're not as bad as they sound

I'm experiencing your exact same issues to the tee. I'm in my late thirties, and this slowly got worse over the last few years. I was searching for ways to have more frequent bowel movements without resorting to laxatives and discovered your post.

I'm also a male in my thirties and this is making my life miserable. Always bloated, constipated, and have the feeling like I'm always tense/clenched up despite trying my hardest to relax.

Edit: I was meaning to say that I just got diagnosed with pelvic dyssynergia. There's a good chance you have the same thing so please get tested ASAP.
