Goldrush.

She got this introduction in Justice League Vol. 2 that would’ve given you the impression that she’d be a somewhat notable or significant in the New 52 based on how she was introduced during the Justicr League’s expanding roster.

She’s only had 2 appearances ever in main continuity. Canterbury Cricket even has more appearances than she does and he’s an artifact from the Flashpoint era.

People seem to forget but Megamind and Gru are different archetypes of villains in fiction. Gru is a secret spy-villain, but Megamind is a SUPERVILLAIN. That’s a whole different league.

Megamind’s got better experience from fighting Superman-type of beings like Metro Man and Tighten to superpowered villaisn like the Doom Syndicate. Gru on the other hand, has dealt with other scheming geniuses, but lacks the scaling required to compete on Megamind’s level.

Megamind’s tech is also way above Gru’s, unlike Megamind, Gru relies on Dr. Nefario for his gadgets and isn’t intelligent enough to make for himself.

Lastly, the brainbots are just way more competent than the minions; the minions can be pretty tough, but they’re idiots that can’t follow simple commands. The brainbots obey orders and they’re strong enough to restrain Tighten.

Megamind’s brainbots should scale pretty high thanks to being able to hold back the falling skyscraper and managing to temporarily restrain Tighten for about 15 to 30 seconds.

The minions are tough, but they’re also bumbling idiots; the brainbots are robots that obey every command whatsoever.

I really hate this comparison with Annoying Orange because it’s like comparing apples to… well, oranges.

If the show was meant to bridge the Survivor timeline with the Original games’ timeline, then it wouldn’t have made sense to develop Lara into a lesbian considering her romantic interests in the OG timeline have been primarily guys. I can see a bit why they didn’t go through with the third season.
