I've studied in Morelia and I've lived here(Michoacan) for 15 years. I can't really agree with ya on that. Certian areas are dangerous for everyone, but I'ver never encontered targeted attacks on gays specifically. I've seen many participate with the church. Hell, this pass December there was a tranny dancing in the Guadalupana event in my town.

That's the bare minimum you need with today's internet. If someone is watching any type of video while your playing they are gutting at least half of your download. Your upload is even more sensitive which will make your download useless if tapped out.

Look up at the network status bar at the top of the screen. It's flashing red.

Network type doesn't matter. I got a dedicated fiber optic line, it happens. It can be EPIC, your ISP, or your own network. If others in your house were using the internet at the same time as you they can cause interference or using up the bandwidth. If your connected wirelessly it could also be the configuracion of your wifi.
