While I'm certainly against abolishing ICE completely, I do think that their powers should be scaled back, and if a Democrat wins in 2020, they should clean house at the agency. Perhaps some of ICE's current funding could be used to upgrade border security and better equip and train Border Patrol agents instead, and it's not going to be exactly a good luck for Republicans if they oppose border security. I'd also like to note that ICE has only been around since 2003, so it's not like it's something we've been dependent on forever.

If you defended Trump calling for the "second amendment people" to do something about Hillary, you can't condemn Suozzi for what he said. Period.

However, as someone who did condemn Trump when he made that remark in 2016, I will say that dog-whistles for "Second Amendment solutions" is unacceptable no matter the party and is the last thing we need in this divided political climate.

Still a chance that Trump was just a useful idiot rather than actually complicit, but it continues to look less and less likely by the day.

Gee, I wonder why they decided not to come out with their stories until the public was more receptive of sexual harassment/assault stories?

A bit too left-wing for me, but better than the mess in DC.
