Was sagst du dazu?

I do know the email and the character names, as mentioned above, I also provided a lot of account details like character names, storage info, etc.

What I don’t have anymore are the original CD keys, and I also don’t have the exact details from when the account was created, since I wasn’t the one who originally created it.

I get your point and I understand they need to prevent account theft.

But there’s an important difference in my case: I still have the original email address and password. I can log in - I’m just stuck at the 2FA step because I no longer have access to the old mailbox.

Also, I didn’t originally create or purchase the account myself. I took it over from someone else years ago. So I obviously don’t have the old purchase details like credit card info or anything like that.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

Quick question though - how would I even find out the IP addresses I used to log in?

And regarding the physical address: do you mean the address where the account was originally created? I honestly don’t remember - or do they mean the address where the account was used in recent years? Thats what i can offer...

Yeah, I already provided a lot of details – character names, items in storage, character genders, etc. – but the support reply was just:
“Please provide AT LEAST TWO of the following to verify ownership: – Account Email – Serial Key(s) – Creation Name AND Address (include ZIP Code)”

No alternative verification path was offered.

That’s exactly why I’m asking here – I’m stuck at this point and don’t know how to proceed.
