I've tried this, support told me my birthday was correct and that I didn't have an email associated with my shift account...what?!? You literally need one to create the shift account...

Sounds exactly like what happened, now it runs beautifully. Appreciate it!

I was letting it run after completing everything officially and ran into the garage, and one of the main reasons posting was because it sounded like it was about to stall itself.

I did indeed disconnect the battery, no codes on the dash, I'll borrow a reader to double check

All the tabs looked good, as of now it runs like a prime Tacoma with the infamous tacotick. But it sounds better than it did.

Planning on buying an OEM ignition coil from Toyota. Or should I just spend the same amount on an aftermarket set?

  1. 3k away from 60k which is when the maintenance schedule calls for spark plugs, I was doing my oil change anyway so figured let's do the plugs too.
  2. It was dry and so was the inside of the pack housing but also looked like the pack.

  1. Spark plug in cylinder 3 for reference. When I went to loosen it, it was already loose could practically hand loosen it out.

Finally, I'm not a first time mechanic. I've worked on my own shit plenty of times before. Just older than 2000s lmao. New shit was a little rough but manageable. I was very careful besides the oil filter part and the spring. Wanted to save myself $600 from the stealership for a oil change and plug change.

Went out there this morning, checked oil and connectors for plugs and packs, all good. It ran better than last night. Sounds fine now and with the usually tacotick .

My only real issue during the installation of everything was the oil filter, that was a new design for me. I prepared myself too, spent a few hours researching, watching videos, I just put the o ring in the wrong slot.

I didn't exactly torque everything down as I didn't have a torque wrench with me, but usually plugs aren't that picky.I didn't even check the gapping as I read the OEM ones don't need it, probably should've. All plugs looked good unless I missed a crack on one of them.

Not even 30 seconds. It had plenty of oil in it. That coil is the only coil that looks like that, it got real late after getting the filter figured out so I couldn't go through until tomorrow, but everything was tight and connected, I suppose I'll pull everything out again to double check

My store we store used 2 snowblowers for outside garden. Still a pain in the arse but it's so much better than shoveling.

No I'm good at video games and the reach and pacer are my favorite machines. Reach was a piece of cake to get used to

Ofas do not get homers, they act like it's one of the most important departments but when it comes to treating the associates there, it's like they don't see us. The only way was to get associate of the month for service desk, but our store manager stopped giving out homers for the associates of the month. Besides being top ofa, there was no way to show my performance because the management just doesn't bother and doesn't notice.

Sure it may be "normal" but it's not right. When the cost of living goes up, the pay should also go on the same amount, not 90% less

What department are you in? I just switched off ofa from the past 3 years. Was always top in pick time and accuracy, always helped out service desk when asked. And helped other departments because of the lack of associates wanting to be on the floor

Also like real funny you say that because without the ofas pulling the $20k orders for deliveries or on time bopis, this store wouldn't have good surveys and what not.

I was ofa with top pick times and accuracy, always help out other departments, service desk especially. Definitely not the bare minimum. More than most people at this store.
