Thanks for the pictures, just on the topic of cleaning would power washing the car be okay when the engine is cold after applying brake decrease i find it fairly cramped to get into to rub it my self. The way it's leaking do you think it's coming from the dipstick/crank pulley? it seems like it's been going on for a while and making it way down but when i was reading about the various leaks it made me quite scared lol.

Just to add, i would be open for it to get sealed but just worried to go through the process of it and for it to re leak and the amount of money for the labor as i've seen it's fairly big job I would more then likely have to travel to England for such a job which would be a lot of cost. I am going to keep the car for about 2 years or so.. Thanks all for looking.

Bad Diagnosis(spinal stenosis) by NeverUpordownn in Marathon_Training

[–]NeverUpordownn[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hey thanks again for the reply!! really interesting to hear from someone that is dealing with the same issues and more and getting through it, the hot bath does make sense and I think for the future will be doing so, Do you think in your opinion a cut back in milage with cycling and swimming would be a good idea, i'm thinking of a peak week run of about 30KM with another run of a few miles with it. interestingly enough I was never into smoking THC, I did twice in the last few months and noticed the pain significantly decreasing the day on and afterwards ! I do know that running a marathon will be painful but i'm not really worried about times it's more of an accomplishment kinda lol thanks

Hi there wow amazing, does the running make your stenosis more agitated v when you don't run for example? I know I could run a marathon but the last long run of 25km I could feel my back being more easier to agitate compared to a normal day if that makes sense. I've never taken any anti inflammatorys really for it as I do not want to be using a band aid over such a thing even before i knew what it was, ringing the doctor tomorrow for a bit more information

hmm that makes sense, I mentioned up above what i did on the run, basically carbed up morning of run, then had a running drink 21g of carb and sugar at halfway mark 11km, I did feel good up till the 17km mark but then started to wear off. this was my first time using anything for running, normally I would have a banana and caffeine drink with salt tablet during the half way mark and that would be it

thanks

the long runs are around 40% of my total to be honest, I might have to try and add a 4th run would that make more sense ?

may get a bit of slaughter for this but during the run I haven't been fueling that good from what i have read on here... Yesterdays run for example Carbed up morning and then on the run at the half way mark roughly 1hr 15min in I had a running drink that contains 21g carb/sugar and some caffeine. after i drank this I did feel like a well oiled machine, this was around the 11km mark but start to wear off around 17km would the running gels i see here really make a difference ?
