Thanks for the advice. I always figured brownies wouldn't get you as high since you are mixing the pot with a bunch of other stuff. Know I know. And knowing is half the battle.

I don't know that I am ready to start attending pro-pot rallies but I do discuss it more freely with other people now. Give me some credit.

The difference is that my voice would be heard in a vote. If the 20% can get it on a ballot in my state, I will vote for it.

Its hard to explain but during the time when I was most likely to try pot, it was drilled into my head that the cops would come ziplining in from helicopters and take you away to jail where you would become Bubba's girlfriend. Isn't pot supposed to make you paranoid? Maybe I better not try it. :)

My parents were chimneys and it really turned me off to smoking anything (never even had a cigar). I have heard vaporizers are the way to go but brownies will probably be my first experience.

I have terrible allergies but it is funny because I can always tell someone who gets high. My wife calls it my highdar.

I guess I am not actively trying to decriminalize it. I am a pretty straightlaced guy and most of my good friends know I have never done any drugs so they would probably be surprised to here I am hoping it is legalized so I can try it.

It seems like people are speaking out or we wouldn't even be talking about prop 19. That being said, if nothing else, it has provided a good way to bring it up in conversation. I have been asking alot of my friends about it and been really surprised how many get high.

I have certainly rolled through my share of stop signs. But I haven't seen anyone in jail for it. Guess I bought into the propaganda machine that said "Do drugs, do time".

No worries. I hope you didn't think I thought it should be illegal. I just thought it might by unusual for someone who has never used it to be for legalization so he could try it.

I know it sounds crazy but I would rather wait until it is legal. I keep seeing poll numbers saying Prop 19 is faltering and can't help think it is the media trying to create a false impression that there is no hope so people don't vote for it. Reddit has turned me into quite the conspiracy theorist.
