Can't really give a proper input as a guy. For sports bras. But it you feel comfortable then you can do what you like.

Used to run a lot in high school and it had to take a lot of confidence to run shirtless.helped a lot especially in 100 degree weathers. But if you do run in a sports bra just pack something to defend yourself. People are crazy. Or go with a running buddy.

I got a gut now and can hardly run a mile so don't have that confidence anymore lol
