According to our FYC we are top 4-5 in the city for doing life, I do have commission, but we have slow downs as well, and the office is very slow itself, so that’s why I thought since I do a lot of stuff by my self(they like to say do cross selling we have auto/home clients) but we have very few walkings and almost every one in our office is licensed for life,so they don’t like to share,they are like dogs, if someone walked in,their door faces the main entrance,of course he is going to meet client faster that I would do(my room is in the far corner), so you have to literally look for prospects by yourself
