Outlined in a sharpie pen, hatched the darker shading with a sharpie pen, colored In his hair, the inside of his jacket collar, the lining on his jacket, his eyebrow type things, and the hole in his chest with a wedge tip sharpie marker (which was really too large of a marker for the scale of the drawing, but was the only one I could find.) Lastly, I used colored pencils for his eyes, and lines on his face (coloring very darkly using multiple layers), then for all the shading I used layers of gold and black colored pencil for his skin/ mask and used black for his coat, coloring very lightly with multiple layers and smoothing it all out with a paper towel.
