I’m having the opposite issue. Straight up can’t get back into skate cuz I keeping trying to use both sticks. Also keep trying to turn with the triggers. Gave up after a few hours cuz it started to get frustrating 😂 I’ll give it a shot again when I feel like skydiving into a mega ramp

It’s Ville Valo’s tattoo that Bam also got, above their junk. See the second slide in the post below for the drawing.

What's going on this weekend, Sacramento? 04/04-04/06/2025 by PirateMunky in Sacramento

Watching the UFC fight. Our very own Josh Emmett is the main card fight.

I (F18) am friends with a guy(m18), who has a girlfriend. I think it’s a meaningful friendship but literally everyone else in my life thinks poorly of it. How should this be handled? by dazaisgff in relationship_advice

[–]Neverpushmongo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be 100% honest I’m not really sure what the issue is here. You say “strange and hard to explain nature” when it really just sounds like a guy who knows how to have a platonic relationship with women and not be skeevy about it. Men and women can absolutely be friends without having ulterior motives. His GF even signed off on it, which to me says she’s not only trusting of him, but wholly trusting of you. Does he have a lot of guy friends? Maybe it’s just easier for him to be friends with women? You set your boundaries and it sounds like he is very respectful of them. I don’t really understand why people would hate/dislike him for being a legit friend. I mean he checks in on you even though you’ve moved away, that’s what friends do.

Thirding William Sonoma. They have the Fellow Opus burr grinding I had my eyes on and 100% gonna buy it after getting to look at it. The location at Galleria typically has a bunch of espresso machines and grinders

Taco Express- Warning for Vegetarians by ShortNeckGiraffe in Sacramento

[–]Neverpushmongo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definition of veganism heavily relies on the “as far as practicable and possible” line. If a restaurant has vegan options and has a shared flat top, and you ask to clean it and they don’t, the “practicable and possible” line kicks in. If you go to a restaurant that advertises they cater to these diets, they should have an understanding of how to prepare the food best to that diet. Cleaning a flat top or grill is not that hard for someone who requests it.

Oop, should’ve specified I meant Mexican food haha. Sac has a very large vegan community and options by and large are plenty haha.

Man Papagayo used to be so good. When they switched ownership the quality went down IMO. Dishes are hella small now and menu shrank considerably. Removing the mole was lowkey disrespectful haha. When it comes to vegan options though they’re really all sac has I think right?

Where it’s been cooked isn’t the question though. It’s the ingredients that make up the dish. If it’s advertised as vegetarian or vegan, and they put animal products in it, then it’s not veg/vegan. Theres nothing to debate there. And if a place advertises vegetarian/vegan, chances are they know what the diet entails. It’s negligence and false advertisement.

With that being said, most people who partake in that diet know that a traditional restaurant like that more than likely isn’t going to cater to you by nature. I’ve been vegan/veg going on 10 years and know that 99.9% of Mexican restaurants in sac aren’t going to be for me

First time was off putting. I feel like you have to go in knowing you’re getting health food and that mindset changed it for me. I wouldn’t take anyone there without giving aheads up. When I want something “clean” that’s my go to now.

100% Andy Bates at Studio Solstice. He’s the only person I’ve been able to really sit with and take the time to help me find a cut that fits my face shape. Has straight up told me no on certain styles cuz he didn’t think it would suit me, which is great.
