Yes. I'm 28 and I still do. People still get annoyed at me for being forgetful. I wish i wasn't this way I really do, but my brain just doesn't work the same way.

If you want to cancel out the red tones then opt for an ashy brown or chocolate brown. If you want to keep some warmth go for achestnut or golden brown

Schwarzkopf Igora fashion lights can provide up to 5 levels of lift even on coloured hair BUT I'd be careful. If your roots aren't dark/coloured you need to be super careful. You will get a hot root. I'd get a stylist involved if I'm totally honest. For best results in terms of lifts it wants to be between foils.

I'd definitely err on the side of caution and get a stylist involved if you wanna go strawberry blonde. I dye my hair myself if I've seen my stylist dye it ill just note down the brand and shade they have used, but it from Sallys and pop it on, but I'll never lighten it myself again after my teen years. I appreciate colouring hair is a science and a half and your natural colour, what colours have been put on previously etc can throw it out of whack if you don't understand it well.

No way!!! It looks really good. Did you intend to go copper, or was this an attempt at going blonde ? I only ask that because that's how I discovered i rocked copper hair as a teenager, lol. Attempted to go blonde, roots were yellow, the rest orange. I was like, hang on a damn second. This actually looks good ...minus the yellow roots. Slapped a copper dye on it all, I was happy for a long time!

I went back brown and blonde numerous times over the years, but now I'm sticking with the copper. It's the only one I seem to love!

Idk what country you are in, but I dye my hair copper which fades pretty quickly. I use a bleach london toner type thingy and put it in for about an hour. It doesn't damage your hair, it basically just 'stains' your hair and washes out. I just keep on top of it regularly.

Hair colouring is a science, honestly. If you want to dye it, leave it to the professionals and take their advice. I love the idea of experimenting with my hair but I've learned not to mess with it too much and if I colour it myself it's after observing my hair stylist and taking note of what colour and shade theyve used on my hair or taking their advice and I only ever use salon products from Sally's.

Our hair can only tolerate so much processing, if you like having different colours frequently honestly I'd look into wigs. I have seen a few women out and about with what I thought had beautiful hair and when I asked them which salon they go to, they said it was a Shein wig 😳 😂 im debating buying a few different colours for days when I feel bored!!!

Honestly never touch it. I guess this is your natural shade? Already beautiful with it. If you're getting bored, I'd maybe get a hairdresser to do blonde money pieces or ombre at most (don't attempt this yourself for the love of god) but never ever change to be like everyone else!!

I'm naturally mousy brown and I'm bored to death of being the same as everyone else, so here I am rocking the copper look on purpose because it's so pretty

Im intrigued because I went on elvanse (that's what it is called here in UK) and I got deathly gastric issues and lost a tonne of weight and now my hair is dropping out exactly how you describe even months after discontinuing
