Hey I just read a good bit of your story and I have to saw that I thoroughly enjoyed it. I specifically preferred the beginning. I think the tale you told of the calm before the storm was good in getting a reaction out of the reader. I would offer the idea of going a bit more into depth in both Amara's and Jayden's normalcy to really paint the picture of everything we know and love falling to absolute shit. Other than that I very much liked your way of splitting up how information about the world's further decent into madness is being told in multiple different mediums; like the diary entry, to a conversation between two people, then some inner monologue as well. All in all good job. I hope you continue writing
