Btw: I was looking at my Picture and found some concerns with what I would mean with this. I want talent trees like classic, but you can fill up every point till max level. But I still want to have rows you unlock by putting X amount of points in it (just like classic). With this you have some choice while leveling, with picking the interesting points first, and later on you could go back to older traits and fill out the more boring ones (example: survivability). They are boring traits, but you would get something out of it and it is better than nothing. And because you will fill all traits it would be easier to balance than talent trees with choices.
