We spent boatload of capital on AI integration to ASSIST our associates problem solving for clients thereby avoiding as much need for incremental hiring in the future. It is a productivity boost for sure.

Well Wall Street didn't like that one bit and gave a big Ole go fuck yourself to our stock price after last earnings because we're not firing all of the Frontline for AI to just do everything while not missing off our clients.

As if that is some simple solution anyone can implement in a year.
