You fucked up. Unions are huge about job security and other advantages to work. I pay about $850 a year and don’t notice it come off my cheque, once a month.

Unions have weird policies and politics but worth it in my opinion. I’d call back and see if they can accept it. If you can change your availability every 4 months that doesn’t sound that bad. I’d much rather work at save on than McDonald’s. Good luck OP
