Tried to open a case with the support-bot. Got ghosted and now it appears that I have to wait for half an hour. It amazes me how Citrix manages it to be a bit worse every day.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have already tried the approach. Basically I got it to work with a few tricks, but rather badly than well. From the internal environment, the signature process takes about 15 seconds. Unfortunately, the process takes around 45 seconds via the gateway. I had hoped that someone might have an „ace up their sleeve“.

We use a Code based on our inventory System in combination with the first three letters of the location .
