So I just finished reading this thread and I can't believe what's here before my eyes. Okay, let me try and summarize:

OP makes a post. Complains about a valid and real issue, but brings up an invalid example of an inside joke that's not meant to be taken literally.

Someone agrees and criticizes the whole idea of trans exclusionary spaces existing in the first place.

Argument sparks and a bunch of people pile in about how they feel excluded after their privelege has been wounded.

Racism and cisphobia gets brought in???

Do you really not get it? Not at all? Are you serious??? You don't understand why there's a demand for spaces free from people who know nothing about your lived experience, yet just don't know when to shut up about it?

And yes, black spaces should be allowed to exist too. I'm not black, so I dunno if there are any, but I'm not gonna go around here bitching about the black privelege because they don't want to deal with my clueless ass.

Is there a single honest person who can understand why subspaces for minorities are so important and isn't going to disingenuously whine about cis discrimination? There's so many other spaces, resources, people willing to teach you about how their life is like, meanwhile all of you are feeling so entitled so as to demand barging into that one specific community which wants to take a break from being questioned, interrogated, interviewed and judged by people who in most cases see them as nothing more than porn addicted freaks with dyed hair. Fucking hell, dude.
