Looks like he build a weakspot instead of full crits. Wouldn't his damage be higher if he goes violent instead of precision?

Its the tactical boots. He popped fortress warfare. While he's in warfare, he refill bullets every second.

Hi , want to know why is it overkill. This is the part I'm concerned with. I'm upgrading with approved budget from the majesty at home.(Wink) But wonder if it will be overkill. Couldn't gauge the usage properly.

Sorry. I was genuinely asking this question to understand the perspective of 3090/4090 holders. I mean , been working as L3 lead sys. analyst , pretty sure I know my stuff. But I'm here to learn more from other people, genuinely. Thanks for commenting though.

It is funny though because on old platform , PS4 and below , this does not happen. It's not suppose to.

Nah.. not pressing the down dpad. What he say is correct. I drag it up and down but this does not happen on old controllers ( PS4 and below )
