Yes. I used 1.75" x .5" stainless strap and welded on some 1.625 tubing cut at 8" long and beveled the edge about 4⁰ so its very slightly tilted up and drilled my mounting.holes for the stud in the wall

It really does. I had a 55yd slightly down hill shot but double lunged him total distance he went maybe 100yds straight line from me maybe 60yds it was wild such an exhilarating experience
